YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
A Dynamic Role with Global Reach
Each day of my job is unique and brings new challenges, which is what makes my work so exciting—there is no routine. I work in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) department for France, primarily serving clients from the Spanish and LATAM markets. However, I also handle projects for Italy, England, Asia, and France. My role involves managing events from conception to operation and post-event follow-up, including teambuilding activities, seminars, meetings, and dinners.
The main challenge of my job is to be creative, multitask efficiently, work quickly, and always be ready to provide solutions throughout the project.

Mentoring New Colleagues
One of my proudest moments was when my manager asked me to train new colleagues in our company's processes. This experience allowed me to share my knowledge and our way of working with them. I realised how much I enjoyed this task and appreciated my manager's trust in me. Seeing how quickly my colleagues adapted and performed their tasks efficiently made me feel that the training was a success.
FAVOURITE DESTINATION
Barcelona, Spain
My favourite destination is Barcelona in Spain. Having lived there for ten years, the city always holds a special place in my heart. It is vibrant and beautiful, with so much to offer in terms of events, thanks to its location, the sea, monuments, history, and hospitality. There are endless activities: enjoying the beach, visiting monuments, exploring the city by walking, attending local street parties, and savouring delicious food.
