Bringing Services to Customers
It may sound unusual, but I would describe our Finance Department as a service centre, we have customers. These include the CFO, our parent company, managers who request financial information, colleagues who require assistance with various facilities, and many others who have specific enquiries. I find the diversity of my job truly rewarding; it goes beyond dealing with figures, as we also handle tax and legal matters, insurance, and negotiate and make purchases for premises. I strive to ensure the utmost satisfaction of my customers by meeting their needs and providing exceptional service, just like our operations teams usually do!
WHY TRAVEL?
Travel Has Opened My Mind
During my previous experiences, I had the opportunity to travel for both business and leisure purposes. Now, as a part of this industry, I can observe and participate in how we operate from within the realms of our inbound and outbound business. I am also exposed to the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events (MICE) business. This unique perspective allows me to gain valuable insights and contribute effectively to various aspects of the travel and tourism sector. I am excited to continue growing and contributing to its success.

Having experienced the collaboration at JTB France from 2014 to 2018, I quickly grew to appreciate the richness and value of working with people from diverse backgrounds. Upon my return to Kuoni GTS France in 2021, I once again found myself surrounded by talented and dedicated colleagues from different parts of the world. I firmly believe that this diversity is one of the greatest strengths of our group, enabling us to deliver high-quality travel experiences to our valued customers.

Mergers and Acquisitions inside the Group
When I rejoined in 2021, we were operating with three separate companies and two branches in France. We embarked on a journey to consolidate into a single legal entity. This consolidation involved several complex operations that had to be carefully implemented, all while ensuring that our daily tasks were efficiently managed by my team. Embracing the challenge, we worked diligently to streamline our processes and bring greater simplicity and efficiency to our operations.
As we move forward, the consolidation not only brings cost-saving benefits but also positions us to function as a more unified and agile organisation. This shift allows us to optimise resources, enhance collaboration, and respond more swiftly to market demands and opportunities.

France: A Country That Has It All
My home country, France, holds a special place in my heart as it is undoubtedly my favourite destination. While I want to avoid any sense of excessive pride, I cannot deny that France offers an unparalleled array of attractions. From charming towns and landscapes to beaches, mountains, castles, museums, France truly has it all. The French "art de vivre," with its emphasis on savouring the pleasures of life, adds an enchanting element to the overall experience.
Moreover, with the upcoming Olympics Games in France, the nation's vibrant atmosphere is bound to be elevated, making it an even more exciting destination to explore.
